I don't have a Paypal account. Can I still place an order?
YES. Our website will automatically forward you to the Paypal site after you submit your order, where you can create a new Paypal account. However, you will need a credit card. If you plan on paying using echeck (bank account), you should create your Paypal account and add your bank account to it before placing an order.
Do I need to have a PayPal account or have to register one to make a purchase?
NO. When you check out, you will be directed to a page that will allow you to either log into your PayPal account (if you already have one) or choose the option to pay by credit card with out having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Can I send you payment with a personal or business check or money order?
YES. However, this will mean that your payment will need to clear before your order is shipped. This can mean a shipping delay of up to 2 weeks.
Do you accept Paypal payments in currencies other than the US dollar?
YES. Paypal will automatically convert your currency to USD before sending it to us.
Do you accept Paypal echeck (bank account) payments?
YES. If you plan to pay with echeck and do not have a Paypal account, you should create one before placing an order. Adding a bank account to your Paypal account takes several days to complete and this can delay your order being shipped.
Do you accept Paypal balance payments?
YES. You may need to add a credit card to your account before you can spend your
balance if it is not sufficient to cover the total order price.
Do you accept payments from non-US Paypal accounts?
YES.
Do you accept payments from a Paypal account that has not been verified?
YES. You do not need to be verified. Being verified means you have added a bank account to your Paypal account.
Do you accept payments from a Paypal account that does not have a confirmed address?
YES. But the address you have registered with PayPal is where your order will be delivered unless we have agreed to a prior arrangement.
Can I send you money using the "Send Money" tab on the Paypal website?
YES. But it is recommended that you pay from the link on the order submitted page since this information is automatically linked with your payment which keeps our records clear and simple for shipping.
I placed an order but I had a problem making PayPal work for me the first time. If I start over again and re-order will this mean that I have to pay (or will end up paying) for the first order?
NO. Just go ahead and re-order, we check our order records carefully and can usually determine if this has happened and will ignore the first order. If you somehow end up making a duplicate payment, we will immediately contact you and reverse the extra payment.
